Reviews
This is the first release from new label Stilnovo and a lovely release it is. Having initial plays from Quentin Harris, Aaron Ross and Jask, the track has crossover appeal between the more vocal nights or the deeper, darker ones.
There are two mixes that came with this promo, the first one by Demarkus Lewis under his evil sounding Leech alias with Maxine Cescau and the second by a rising star in Taiwan, Sona.
The Sona mix utilizes some lovely keyboard sounds and what almost sounds like a white noise filter. There’s distortion here, but it all adds to he overall effect of the mix.
The Leech and Cescau mix delivers a cleaner version of the track, with sub bass keys and some lovely atmospheric noises in the background whilst some very floaty sounding keys take charge.
This track was originally an R&B anthem, but has been converted into what amounts to a corker of a house track and both mixes are good.
A solid release that should gain a lot of plays!

From Wikipedia:
“Dolce Stil Novo” (Italian for “sweet new style”, modern Italian nuovo) is the name given to the most important literary movement of 13th century in Italy.
Its main theme are love, noblemindedness, beauty and introspection. The name Dolce Stil Novo was used for the first time by Dante Alighieri in the popular “Divina Commedia”.
I chose the word Stilnovo to represent a positive “new style” for music. My goal is to roam the corners of the world for something stylish and innovative to share with you.
There will be no barriers, however, my main focuses will remain on my favourite genres which span from Electronic to Soulful to Chillout to House and Techno.
Enjoy!
Eleonora
